Our History

We started business back in 1976 from a retail shop in London Suburbia. We diversified into low cost international phone calls and fax calls around 1990 and this quickly became very popular. In those days customers had to come to our shop to use the service but in 1997 the law had changed allowing us to supply Phonecards for use from any telephone. With the explosion of the Internet we soon realised that there was potential to sell to customers throughout the UK, not just in our locality. So we began selling online. With the success of the Internet, we became a Limited Company in 1998 and also became an online only company. In 2001 we relocated north to the Wirral where we are currently based.

Our Team

As a family business, there are only a few of us that will be dealing with your emails  or phone calls.

They are mainly:

Malcolm, Dennis and Fely
plus occasional temporary assistants.

By phone we operate 12 hours a day, 7 days a week from 10am to 10pm.

Of course, our online automated service is available 24 hours a day.
