    EXPIRY DATE
    The card is valid for 90 days from the date of your first call which includes accessing the service to check the credit available.

    CALL RATES AUTOMATED SYSTEM
    You can check the rate to any destination, including mobile phones, by using the automated system 24 hours a day. Simply dial the customer services number follow the instructions. You can enter the phone number you wish to call and the automated system will inform you of the call rate to that destination.

    TO BUY A NEW PHONECARD
    You can order online or call free     0800 45 877 43. From mobiles or phones that do not allow 0800 calls free, call 0870 745 5638. Our phone lines are open from 10am until 10pm. Online purchases can be made 24 hours a day and, subject to the speed of the email system, will usually be processed within a few minutes.
