Using a TONE DIALLING phone, dial the access number - wait for the message - then enter your PIN. When prompted, dial your full destination number including the full national or international code.

ACCESS NUMBERS USING THE PHONECARD FROM OUTSIDE THE UK
You can access the service from more than 20 different countries. Surcharges will apply if used from outside the UK. Please CLICK HERE for the dialling codes and surcharges for all countries.

UK MOBILE PHONE ACCESS (and landline contracts with inclusive free time)
The (020) London access should be charged as a regular UK call or freetime if your mobile phone or landline contract provides free call time. If you have free time, this will be your cheapest option.

EXPIRY DATE
The card is valid for 12 months from the date of your first call which includes accessing the service to check the credit available. The card becomes active by entering the PIN. The 12 months will then begin to countdown.

SERVICE/MAINTENANCE CHARGE
This card has NO DAILY SERVICE CHARGE.

CONVENIENCE NUMBERS
To make follow on calls without re-entering your PIN - do not hang up, just dial ###.
To redial last number enter *1 (star 1)
To save PIN to the phone you are using enter *5 (star 5) after the PIN (This will save you entering the PIN each time).
To cancel PIN enter *9 (star 9)

We are an online shop selling the phonecards for various telephone companies. We do not provide the telephone service. In the rare event of a problem with the telephone service, you can contact the telephone company customer services on the freephone number above.

CALL RATES AUTOMATED SYSTEM
You can check the rate to any destination, including mobile phones, by using the automated system 24 hours a day. Simply dial the customer services number follow the instructions. You can enter the phone number you wish to call and the automated system will inform you of the call rate to that destination.

TO BUY A NEW PHONECARD
You can order online or call free 0800 45 877 43. From mobiles or phones that do not allow 0800 calls free, call 0870 745 5638. Our phone lines are open from 10am until 10pm. Online purchases can be made 24 hours a day and, subject to the speed of the email system, will usually be processed within a few minutes.
