EXPIRY DATE
The card is valid for 90 days from the date of your first call which includes accessing the service to check the credit available.The card has an indefinite life until such time as it becomes active by entering the PIN. The 90 days will then begin to countdown.

FOLLOW ON CALLS
To make follow on calls without re-entering your PIN - do not hang up, just dial ## (hash twice).

CUSTOMER SERVICES
We are an online shop selling the phonecards for various telephone companies. We do not provide the telephone service. In the rare event of a problem with the telephone service, you can contact the telephone company customer services on the freephone number: 0800 594 1333.

CALL RATES AUTOMATED SYSTEM
You can check the rate to any destination, including mobile phones, by using the automated system 24 hours a day. Simply dial the customer services number and take option 1. By following the instructions you can enter the phone number you wish to call and the automated system will inform you of the call rate to that destination using a £5 or £10 phonecard. If you use a £20 phonecard please remember to reduce the quoted rate by 20% to allow for the effective discount you get from the £5 extra free calltime.

TO BUY A NEW PHONECARD
You can order online or call free 0800 45 877 43. From mobiles or phones that do not allow 0800 calls free, call 0870 745 5638. We are open from 10am until 10pm. Online purchases can be made 24 hours a day and, subject to the speed of the email system, will usually be processed within a few minutes. Online purchases made after 10pm will be processed the next morning.
