Phonecards are available in £5, £10 or £20 denominations. With the £20 card you get an extra £5 free but all Phonecards expire after 90 days so if you will not use the £25 worth of credit within that time, you should consider buying the lower value card. Remember, from 1p a minute your credit will last a very long time. A £20 Parrot phonecard could last up to 1976 minutes of talk time! Using a payphone to call Japan? That's a quick way to get rid of your money! Our phonecards are best used from a regular landline because there is a surcharge if you use a payphone BUT IT IS USUALLY CHEAPER THAN IF YOU DIAL DIRECT FROM THE PAYPHONE. If possible, use a regular landline but if you have no alternative you can use the payphone taking note of the surcharge..
